There are two metallic (?) rods inside of the toy for extra support. They're behind the breast and run along the whole toy. They're difficult to notice, which is great! The rods feel nice to hold too, but I rarely did this during my session.

The toy arrived in a box, that was in an even bigger box... A huge box might get your roommates curious. Try to have a backup story ready if you don't want people to know you have this toy! Inside of the box with the doll was some goodies. There were two bags of two drying rods, so four rods total. A warranty card and a manual were also in there. A warranty is always appreciated with sex toys! Makes me feel confident in the product and gives me some peace of mind. There is a bottle of lube included, as well. I had a particularly long session so I almost depleted the whole thing. I can see it lasting two average sessions, though. The lube is more to get you started rather than to last you for a while. Invest in your own lube whenever you can. I always love it when brands include extra things in the package. iSEXSE didn't HAVE to include all these things with the toy. They did it out of appreciation for their customers, and that's a sign of a good brand that stands by their products.

This toy definitely requires a lot more maintenance than any stroker. Don't think that cleaning is going to only take five minutes. Before even starting the cleaning process, I made sure a towel was handy for the whole entirety of my play session. I laid the toy on a towel at all times.
