This is the third wand I've tested, and I have to say that wands are not my thing. My little lollipop-looking one was fun and perfect for me, but this powerful little beast from Blush has even more of a kick than the bigger-sized one I also tried out from another brand. Even the lowest setting on the Allana wand is powerful and hard to handle if you're not used to that much vibration. Now I know why I learned from the adult toy store I worked at for two weeks that wands are an acquired toy and can ruin you if you're not careful! I don't want to give you a bad outlook on this toy, though. Just because it's not for me doesn't mean that someone who loves using wands wouldn't find enjoyment in this particular toy. It took me five minutes, with instructions in hand, to discover how to ignite the device. Hold for three seconds to turn on, click gently to switch between settings.
