The Maia Piper is well built, solid and not too heavy at 1.1 LBs with an ergonomic shape. It has soft silicone internals and it's waterproof/submergable, making it suitable for shower use. It is definitely a cut above other similar vibration sleeve strokers. Maia Piper does get fairly loud when you turn on the vibration. The suction can make slurping and gurgling noises if you don't hold it close to you pelvic bone or wait long enough to generate a vacuum on your cock. Not a problem if you have the fan on, or using it in the shower or simply live alone. Cleaning does require a little bit more attention to clean because you have to run the sleeve under a faucet with the suction activated to rinse out lube or cum from the air-recirculation holes. It takes about 1-2 minutes to ensure it's completely clean. The toy is rather big measuring at 11.5” long, 3.2” thick x 4.5” wide, so you have to sit, stand or lie down when using it and constantly have a hand to prop it on your junk. If you don't mind a bit of extra cleaning and a tad bit of noise, the Maia Piper offers a lot of pleasurable possibilities-go for it!
