We’d been curious about the Mia Malkova Quickshot for a while – partly because, well, it’s Mia, and partly because Quickshots always promise a more casual, quick-access experience. What you get here is a compact, dual-ended stroker in a fully transparent look. Both the outer case and inner sleeve are see-through, making it a sleek, no-nonsense toy. It doesn’t scream “luxury,” but that’s not what it’s trying to be either.
Both entries are molded from Mia Malkova herself – one side is a replica of her vagina, the other her butthole. And if you’ve somehow missed who Mia is: she’s a massively popular adult performer known for her insane flexibility, bubbly personality, and that famously perfect backside. It’s no accident this Quickshot puts both her most iconic features front and center.
What’s cool is that this toy is essentially the mini version of her full-size Fleshlight. The inner texture is a compressed adaptation of her “Level Up” sleeve – split in half, with each orifice offering a different section of stimulation. It’s like having two toys in one, depending on which end you enter. As always with Quickshots, the open-ended design allows for easy cleaning and visual stimulation, and each end comes with a removable cap for storage and suction control.
It’s functional, minimal, and clearly made for flexibility. It doesn’t reinvent anything, but if you’re into Mia, into compact toys, or into mess-free options, this one has its place – especially if you're looking for a taste of her signature texture in a smaller, easier-to-handle package. 😉

Alright, let’s talk real talk: the Quickshot Mia Malkova is kind of a mixed bag. There’s some cool stuff going on, but also a few things that kill the vibe real fast.
Starting with how it feels: entering from the vaginal side gives you this really satisfying pop. Like your tip kinda gets sucked in for a second - super noticeable and oddly fun. The anal side? Not so much. It’s way softer at the opening and just kind of hugs the shaft instead of popping you in. You immediately feel the difference, which honestly made me appreciate that both entries aren’t just for show. They actually feel different. That’s a win.
My build is about average - 12.8 cm girth (5 inches), 18 cm length (about 7 inches). And even though I was curious about both sides, I ended up always going back to the same routine: vaginal in, anal out. Why? Because that’s where I get the best stimulation on my frenulum and upper shaft. The anal side really presses there when exiting, and that’s the only time I feel a bit of structure doing its thing.
But yeah, structure-wise? Meh. It’s loose compared to full-size Fleshlights. Like really loose. The inner texture doesn’t wrap around me at all, and I barely feel the patterns. The material itself also feels floppier - less snug, less grip, and just overall less stimulation. If you’ve used bigger Fleshlights before, you’ll feel the quality gap here immediately.
Now let’s talk about the biggest issue: the sound. Holy hell, it’s bad. Like, really bad. The slurping, squelching, awkward-as-hell noises this thing makes when your tip pops in and out? It’s so distracting I can’t even focus. It sounds more like plunging into a puddle of regret than anything sexy. Even when I try to ignore it, I can’t. I straight-up can’t come with this thing just because my brain is too busy being annoyed by the sound. 🫠
You can use it without the case, and yeah, that does help a little. There’s more pressure, you feel the texture a bit better, and it’s a bit less plasticky. But it doesn’t fix the core issue. It still feels too mild, too soft, too whatever.
One trick I did find that kinda makes it better: grab both ends with your hands and twist them in opposite directions while you stroke. It shifts the internal structure slightly and adds a little more variety. Not game-changing, but it helps.
At the end of the day, it’s fun to try - but for me, it doesn’t hold up in actual use. Too small, too loud, too little feedback. Shame, really. It looks great on paper.

When it comes to build quality, Fleshlight usually delivers - and for the most part, that’s true here too. The Quickshot felt solid out of the box, the material was smooth, and everything looked well-made... mostly.
There were, however, two pretty noticeable issues. First, the material gets insanely sticky after cleaning. Like, way more than any of my other Fleshlights. 😶 You really need to re-powder it often or it’ll cling to every speck of dust in or even your drawer. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely annoying.
The bigger issue was the cap. One of the end caps was almost impossible to take off. Turns out the little nubs on the case and the slots in the cap didn’t align properly - and the nubs were too thick. The cap wouldn’t fit unless I forced it, and once it was on, I could barely get it off again without using way too much strength.
If you’ve seen the photos and wondered why one of the caps looks scuffed to hell - that’s me. I had to sand it down just to make it usable. It’s not pretty anymore, but now both caps open and close fine. Sure, I could’ve asked for a replacement, but I was only offered a small discount. So I just fixed it myself. Bit of a bummer, honestly.
That said, this seems more like a rare one-off issue. Usually, Fleshlight’s quality is spot-on - this one just slipped through.

The Quickshot Mia Malkova usually runs between €30 and €40 - that’s about $32 to $45 USD depending on where you buy it. Personally, I did a bit of research before buying, mainly looking for a Quickshot that would work well with The Handy. This one kept popping up as a solid option, so when I saw it on sale for €25, I went for it.
At that price? Totally fair. I don’t regret buying it. But to be honest, I don’t think I’d pay full price for it. For the regular price, I’d probably save up and get a full-size Fleshlight instead. That’s just me though - maybe your experience is completely different. Let me know.

Karl: To be honest, she doesn’t really do it for me. I mostly use her with The Handy just to switch things up once in a while, but even then only without the case - the strap makes her feel a lot tighter that way. That awful squelching sound? Still there. You already know how I feel about that.
Orgasms with her feel like work - it’s more of a mental thing, trying to push through the distraction. They’re not bad, just… not satisfying either. I find myself reaching for other toys or preferring a full-sized Fleshlight instead.
As for couple play - she just doesn’t inspire either of us. Leni and I barely use her together, and we honestly don’t have much shared experience with her at all.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the box anymore - but I still remember it well enough. It came in a small cardboard box with Mia Malkova featured on the front. Inside was the usual setup: the case with the sleeve already inserted, a small packet of lube, the standard Fleshlight VIP card, and a little user guide. Nothing fancy, nothing bad - just the typical Fleshlight packaging. Gets the job done.

All Fleshlights are body-safe and made with their patented 100% phthalate-free SuperSkin material - and yet, somehow, this one feels a bit different. Softer. A lot softer, actually. And while that’s not a bad thing, it does make it noticeably stickier, and it gets that way faster than my Fleshlight Girls.
Care is super easy though. Since the sleeve is open-ended and fully removable, it’s a breeze to clean. Just like with the standard Fleshlights, you should never turn it inside out - trust me, that’ll wear down the material fast and eventually cause tearing, especially around the edges. Just rinse it with warm water. Some swear by water only, others (me included) give it the occasional treatment with mild antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. So far, that’s caused zero damage on mine - material still feels fine, aside from the usual post-cleaning stickiness. 🫧
Drying? Fast. Leave the caps off and let it chill on your nightstand - it’s usually dry within a couple hours. If you’re like me and have the Fleshlight Air, you’re looking at 20 minutes max. After that, I hit it with a light dusting of cornstarch using a makeup brush. (Always on the outside only - if it’s not 100% dry and you powder the inside, mold is gonna be your next problem.)
Only if you're curious or need a travel buddy. The Mia Malkova Quickshot is a visual treat with a fun concept - but the execution? Kinda meh. If you're new to toys, or just want something quick, compact, and easy to clean, sure - it’s not a bad intro (especially on sale). But if you're looking for deep stimulation, strong structure, or full immersion? Go full-size. The difference is night and day.
That said - this could totally come down to personal fit. I’m average-sized, and maybe that’s the issue here. If you’ve had better results - like really felt the texture or didn’t get slapped in the face by the wet sound of a toy spaghetti fight - drop it in the comments. Always happy to hear if it's just me (or my anatomy) being picky. 😅
