My verdict
I got a great deal of enjoyment out of the MainSqueeze Cindy Starfall toy from Doc Johnson. This manual stroker provides a superb feel and offers great stimulation to the sides of your shaft and head thanks to the molding of the inner ridges and chambers offering a tight and enjoyable session. This toy is a part of a collection offered by Doc Johnson that feature a plastic panel that allows you to exert additional pressure on the sleeve, and while in theory that sounds great I found myself hardly using it. I also found that as I used the stroker at certain angles the plastic panel would rub against the case and make noise. It’s a gimmick that I honestly could’ve cared less for and feel brings down the overall experience just a bit. Overall, It is an amazing toy that I would definitely recommend, with my only gripe being the “squeeze” feature.

Design
The sleeve comes in matte black case that has a nice smooth premium feel to it. This sleeve specifically is modeled after Vietnamese/Chinese Pornstar Cindy Starfall and the packaging certainly reflects that with not one, but two portraits of Cindy. Aside from that you can find general information about the stroker on the back and sides, but back to the toy itself. The travel case itself is very discreet when closed but any discretion that the case provides flies out the window once you open that cap, but once you do, you are greeted to a very beautiful, impeccably detailed and accurate mold of Cindy’s pussy. The other end of the case features another smaller cap that can be used to regulate the amount of suction. It is fully removable and aids in cleaning. The other end of the silicon sleeve also has a small hole which makes cleaning a breeze. This case also includes the squeeze play feature, which as I mentioned earlier, I was not a huge fan and still feel as though it would’ve been better to just have had the case be solid throughout.
Experience
I had a great experience with the sleeve and would recommend it to others. I was particularly impressed by the feel and grip it maintained on my cock. At full insertion, I reached the area between the first and second arrow from the top and the inner tunnel felt extremely pleasurable the entire way through. I really enjoyed the sensation the inner ridges provided against the sides of my cock’s shaft and head, It struck a good balance of tightness and stimulation whilst not being overbearingly tight. Regarding the Squeeze play feature of the toy, I did experiment with it for a few sessions, I did have some difficulty with trying to use the pressure plate with my grip slipping due to the plastic being a glossy finish compared to the matte on the case. The difference in pressure was minute and not worth the effort in my eyes, but despite this shortcoming, this is one I’ll definitely keep coming back to indulge myself in as I am just infatuated with the feeling. If you’re a fan of Cindy, you wouldn’t want to miss out on this one.
Quality
This product had a premium feel to it, nice to the touch and solid with a bit of weight to it. The plastic used for the case feels durable as well, you certainly feel like you get what you paid for. The plastic used on the pressure plate for the squeeze play feels a bit cheaper than the rest of the case but not to an obscene degree. The sleeve itself is the star of the show, I cannot stress how detailed the textures of the skin surrounding the orifice are, and that’s not even mentioning the vagina itself. It’s clear a lot of love went into making the mold as close as possible, not to mention the tantalizing sensation of the insides.
Price
it is on the higher end of the price range with it retailing for about $70-75 on the Doc Johnson website. If you shop around you can find some at a lower price, I’ve seen $55-60 and as of the time of this review Amazon has one for $42. I would avoid paying the higher price on this one. It is a good choice, but I feel the squeeze plate gimmick doesn’t justify the extra cost. If you can find one at a great deal like the amazon one, I would definitely recommend giving it a go.
Performance
This sleeve, when ignoring the squeeze play, performs incredibly. I’ve never cum from a sleeve so fast before!
Packaging
The box the toy came with was beautiful. It had a high resolution picture of Cindy in a sexy set of black lingerie. On the back you’d find a cross-section of the toy, displaying its inner chamber in all its glory. Inside, the toy was securely held in place by a cardboard holder. The toy itself was sealed in a plastic bag with no exposure to the open air or box. beside the toy was a pamphlet that introduced you to the toy as well as information on cleaning and care.
