This is a well designed sleeve with a pretty realistic vagina entrance (though there is a signature to the side), complete with protruding labia. The plastic casing is simple white iridescent plastic, with removable covers for the top and bottom that allow for easy storage. With the sleeve in the case there's not much to look at, but it is bulky and fairly obvious what it's inside due to the Fleshlight branding on the sides.

I've used a handful of similar TPE sleeves from various competing companies, including some in a similar price range, but I finally understand why Fleshlight is said to be the best. The TPE material is just so much softer and more realistic than any other sleeve I've tried and I really liked the experience. Comparing to some of the other top brands, the TPE is similar in to Tenga's, but a little softer than Doc Johnson's Main Squeeze line. The top of the sleeve has a very nice vagina design mimicking the pornstar Tru Kait, and it's makes for a great visual while in use, creating a much more realistic experience.
The interior of the sleeve itself is where this stroker shines, it has a very unique pattern on the inside and just the right tightness to create perfect sensations. It's not overly intense like some other sleeves, and the different chambers inside make for a varied experience. The first chamber is an angled spiral with ridges that create amazing head stimulation. Once you get past that it opens up a little bit into wider spaced nubs with more stimulation for the shaft, followed by a third chamber with tapered pointier nubs that vary the sensation. That first angled spiral is easily my favorite part and the overall tightness of the whole sleeve means that the whole shaft gets great coverage as you use the stroker.
I am a little on the girthier side, and I find that the sleeve is a little bit tight to first penetrate, but it's by no means uncomfortable. I've tried a handful of sleeves that are too tight to be pleasurable, and this is quite the opposite. I think the softness of the TPE really helps here, because it allows for various penis sizes to compress the material more or less and still be very comfortable.
I would like to note that this sleeve needs a good amount of lube to comfortable to use, and possibly a little more than other sleeves I've used in the past. This could be because it's a little tight for me, but generally I think it's because of the texture design inside. While not a huge issue, just something to be aware of.
The suction of the sleeve is controlled by the cap at the bottom of the plastic casing, and it does make a big difference in use. While completely closed, it can be a little difficult to use because there is air within that you are trying to displace. Once opened up a little that resistance goes away and it becomes much easier to stroke, though it is also noisier.
Overall I'm a huge fan of this sleeve, and I think for regular use it's a perfect option. I have a handful of other strokers but this is definitely going to be my top choice going forward!

Fleshlight products are always said to be the best and this is no exception. As I said earlier, the TPE is the softest I've felt compared to other brands, and pairing that with the nice visual design and solid plastic casing means it's top notch quality. I have no complaints at all in this department.

As with any other TPE sleeve, it requires some care to keep in good shape. First off, only water based lubes are safe, as silicone or oil based lubes can degrade the TPE. You'll definitely need to wash it with water and a very gentle soap or toy cleaner after each use, and let it dry thoroughly to prevent any mold/mildew. Because it's a slightly tighter sleeve and the entrance design has closed lips you might need something to hold it open to properly air dry. I found that just leaving it out was not enough and there was still residual moisture inside 12+ hours later. You can buy a drying stick to draw out moisture, or what I often do is just take it out of the case and put a rolled up paper towel through the sleeve to wick out moisture. Generally it's no harder to maintain than other stroker, but it's definitely necessary if you want to keep using it for a long time.
