The design of this toy is pretty straightforward, it's a simple cuff of a blue/green silicone with flexible wings that allow you to wrap it around your penis easily. It's a very soft material to the touch, but firm and feel very sturdy. There are two included matching bands that look quite similar to the merch wristbands handed out everywhere in the 2010s, and these serve to hold the wings in place and even tighten them. The non flexible side of the vibrator is thicker and holds the actual vibration motor and the surface has a silver logo along with twin contacts for the charger. The interior of this side is ribbed to increase sensation and hep keep it in place. The button to turn it on and off is set into the silicone next to the logo and it requires some firm pressure to click. Overall I think it's elegantly designed, easy to put on and take off and can accommodate people of various sizes very well.

This is where I feel you need to set your expectations accordingly. For most people, I think this isn't going to be the toy that gets you to a hands-free orgasm, even the website branding much allude to that. For people that are very sensitive it might do the trick, but for most I think this is a great foreplay or edging tool instead. To use it, you definitely need to be hard first, it will NOT work on a flaccid penis. Arrange it so that the "wings" are on the top of your penis, with the thicker side with the vibration motor pressed against the frenulum/head. Then you can wrap one of the bands around the whole device to keep it in place, or tighten it as needed.
It has nice rumbly vibrations and includes a variety of patterns that it cycles through by clicking the power button. You can try out the different included patterns but personally I liked the one with a sort of wave of gradually increasing and decreasing vibrations that ensures I don't just go numb. Really focusing on the sensations allow for a great edging session and you can even ramp up the vibration strength later with specific patterns. It even allows for custom vibration patterns and strengths with the app which I'll talk about later in the review. One note here, it's not the quietest toy, but also not excessively noisy. I would say someone else in the same room will hear it for sure, but with a door closed unless you're at max strength vibrations you're probably safe. I would not recommend using it in public however.
The manual and website also say it can be used as a stroker, and I think it falls short on that use. It's really just too short and the wing and band design, while great for accommodating different sizes, doesn't lend itself well to a stroking motion. The bands don't stay completely in place and the wings move slightly also which isn't the most comfortable if skin gets pinched a little. You can definitely still use it like this, but it will not be anywhere close to a dedicated stroker like a Fleshlight or something similar, some of which also include vibration motors.

As mentioned earlier, the bulk of the vibrator is made from a soft touch silicone, with some metal embellishments for the logo and charging contacts. The sturdy materials mean it's simple to clean with just soap and water, though I'd take a little extra care around the charging contacts, maybe drying that area manually to ensure there is no corrosion. I still like that method of charging for waterproof toys though, over a charging plug which is far more likely to get damaged over time.

One of the coolest features is the bluetooth control, which I actually got a lot of use out of. They have a first party app that allows for a variety of functions including creating custom vibration patterns with different strengths, a multimedia control feature that syncs to videos, voice control, a game mode, and more. There is a social feature also that allows you to use patterns other people have posted which is quite nice. You can even allow for remote control with a partner, which is great for anyone in a long distance relationship. I wouldn't say using this in public is the most feasibly unfortunately because it is quite large, and a little too noisy. The most unique in my opinion is a control roulette feature that extends off of the remote control and lets a random user in the world take control of the toy.
