My verdict
After giving the PlusOne Fluttering Arouser a solid try, I’d say it’s a fun tease. The standout feature for me was the realistic flicking tongue—it’s definitely unique—and thoughtful design comes in a close second. The varied vibration modes and 'licking patterns' are enjoyable, but some of the modes felt a bit repetitive, leaving me bored instead of locked in. That said, with some patience and effort (especially on the higher settings), it can get the job done—so if you want to put in the extra effort you can get to the finish line. The toy scores points for being quiet, easy to handle, and a breeze to clean and care for. I also love its versatility—it’s waterproof, the controls are straightforward, and the charging setup is refreshingly simple (no finger gymnastics required). However, as a standalone clitoral stimulator or vibrator, it doesn’t quite hit the mark for me. It’s more of a teasing, foreplay kind of toy, which worked well during partnered play and alongside other toys. But as a solo act? It falls a bit short in delivering that ultimate satisfaction.
Pros
Unique fluttering sensation for teasing stimulation.
It's ergonomically design, easy to move around and hold.
Waterproof and easy to clean.
Cons
Buzzy vibrations are mild and repetitive.
Placement of the power button is awkward.
Magnetic charging connection can be temperamental.
May not provide enough intensity for climax without additional stimulation.
Design
The PlusOne Fluttering Arouser definitely stands out in the toy aisle—it’s one of those designs that catches your eye and makes you do a double take. Don’t worry, though; this isn’t a bad thing—it’s just unique enough to spark curiosity in all the right ways. While most clitoral toys tend to go for circular or cup-like shapes, PlusOne definitely thought outside the box here. Shaped like a mini saxophone, it’s wrapped in matte, body-safe silicone, that gives it a good grip. At the “J” end, there’s a little “mouth” with a flexible tongue sticking out, which is pretty bold and definitely leaves little to the imagination. The silicone itself feels nice—it’s smooth, and while it’s not the absolute softest, it’s still comfortable against the skin. The toy is light enough to flip around in any direction, but it also feels sturdy and well-made. It has a single button at the top for easy control of the on/off function and cycling through modes, and the charging port is conveniently located there as well.
Quality
The quality of the PlusOne Fluttering Arouser is solid, with some standout features. The body-safe silicone feels smooth and comfortable against the skin, which is always a good sign when it comes to intimate toys. It’s lightweight yet sturdy, which makes it easy to handle, whether for solo or partner play. The design feels well-made, and the flexible tongue adds a nice touch of realism to the experience. The rechargeable feature is convenient, and the magnetic charging port is a nice detail (though, this can be a little finicky if not aligned properly). Plus, the waterproof design means you can take it into the shower or bath, and clean it easily with no stress of wearing the the toy down. Overall its a durable toy that's lasting me more than a few cycles around the moon.
Experience
When I first tried the PlusOne Fluttering Arouser, I was immediately struck by how different it felt compared to other clit stimulators. (Whether that’s a good or bad thing is still up for debate.) Some days, I found myself reaching for it, while other days, I found myself turning away—mostly due to its lack of intensity. The combination of fluttering, flicking tongue and vibrations took me by surprise. The motion of the tongue is surprisingly realistic—almost too realistic, if you catch my drift. It mimics oral play really well, but the repetitive rhythmic motion starts to feel tiring after a while. Even with the 10 different vibration/pattern settings, I felt teased on a stretch. It didn’t always deliver that toe-curling "wow" moment, more like a casual “thanks for the good time. The lack of intensity puts it squarely in the foreplay category, which makes it easy to use solo before using other toys or with a partner. On the plus side, it’s waterproof and discreet—no obnoxious whirring or buzzing sounds to kill the mood. Quick tip: always use lube, even if you’re playing in water. It makes the toy glide effortlessly and adds an extra layer of sensation for a more enjoyable experience.
Performance
The PlusOne Fluttering Arouser definitely had some cool features, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations. I loved the unique design and the realistic flicking tongue, but I was hoping for more intensity. The patterns and vibrations just didn't hit the spot as well as I thought this kind of toy would. That said, it’s great for a slow, teasing build-up, so if that's your jam, this toy would definitely fully satisfy.
Materials and care
Like all PlusOne products, the Fluttering Arouser is super easy to clean and maintain. Most of the time, I just wipe it down with a toy cleaner, but on other days, it joins me in the bath and gets a good wash with warm water and mild soap. After that, I let it air dry, but if I’m in a hurry, a lint-free cloth does the trick for a quick dry. It's really low maintenance.
Packaging
The Arouser comes in a straightforward, no-nonsense box. The packaging features a traditional flip-open design that gives you a clear glimpse of the toy. Inside, the toy is carefully placed in a molded plastic tray to keep everything in place. Along with the toy, you’ll find the charging cable and an instruction manual—practical, simple and efficient storage.
Price
The PlusOne Fluttering Arouser comes in at around $34.99 on most retail platforms, including their official site. If it delivered the same punch as other clitoral stimulators or vibratos, I’d say the price is fair. But honestly, it feels more like a warm-up act—a little tease before the main event. For a 'pre-game' toy, the price feels a bit on the high side.

  • Beyond the Basics: Fun Factory’s Bouncer Takes You to New Heights of Pleasure

This might seem like your standard silicone dildo, but trust me, this is no ordinary suction cup companion. The moment you insert this baby and start to move, those weighted balls inside spring into action, delivering subtle, hypnotic rumblings that take the experience from “nice” to “wait, what just happened?!” This isn’t just another toy—it’s a multi-tasker, perfect for both vaginal and anal play. It absolutely delivers on its promises. The “shake, rattle, roll” effect provides deep, rumbly vibrations that are so satisfying, you’ll find yourself moving just to keep the magic going. The size? It hits that sweet spot—not quite beginner-friendly but forgiving enough for anyone to experiment. Even if you only go halfway, the sensations are incredible. The premium silicone feels great externally and internally, adding to the experience, and the suction cup is strong enough to stay exactly where you need it, even during more adventurous moments. The Bouncer works great in a harness too. The rolling balls create a dynamic rhythm that you and your partner will feel with every move, which gives strap on play a whole new pleasure hit. The only catch? It’s on the girthier and firmer side, so it might take a little warming up if you’re newer to larger toys. But once you’re in the zone, it’s nothing short of amazing. Ohh! It can totally join you in the bath or shower, bouncing in water an experience, you'd want to try for sure.

  • The Tame Dame Zee Bullet

As far as bullet vibrators go, I would say this one sits in the middle ground of mid-range power—mid-range fun. The shape and exterior are pretty typical bullet design, precision tip, small and compact, and soft ABS plastic, which is pretty smooth on the glide. It has 3 vibration settings on the buzzy side (I could feel it way in there). While not packed with multiple patterns, the simplicity of the three-speed settings allows users to focus on finding the right level of vibration for their pleasure. It's rechargeable, which is great, and can be used on other parts of the body, too—externally only! Trust me, you don’t want to be fishing for this baby inside your body. It's rechargeable and has a long playtime, so you can take it on multiple trips on the pleasure tracks without worrying about popping out batteries or running out of juice. It’s also pretty quiet, water resistant, and has a one-button control.

Satisfyer Mission Control Review: Houston We Have Liftoff!

"Mission Control, this is NotSoInnocent, it seems this rocket was able to take us further than we could have ever imagined!" This is "one small step" further into the realm of clitoral stimulation toys that can help you take a "giant leap" into ecstasy! If Buzz Lightyear had to satisfy you with a rocket (that wasn't his own ;P), this would be the one! All puns aside, I would definitely recommend this product! The variety of settings and the waterproof rating make it an awesome companion!

The Era Swan Wand: My New Buddy

The Era Swan Wand is my new go-to travel companion. I always take a vibrator with me on trips. I look for something compact with a travel lock that will keep me entertained on work trips or vacations. The Swan Era will do just that. This wand is small but mighty, providing shockingly intense vibrations. It’s comfortable to use and has a flexible next and smooth head that stimulates with ease. The toy has only one button to turn it on or off and change the mode. The motor glides upward in intensity as you hold the button down, though to decrease vibration strength, the device needs to be turned off and then back on. The Era Swan Wand comes with a soft, white storage bag that holds its charger and user manual. Ultimately, because of the power behind this motor, I think this is a great second toy—unless you’re specifically in the market for a powerhouse.

The Swan Sceptre Left Me Speechless

The Swan Sceptre feels royal. It’s massive—the head is the size of my palm. And the vibrations are out of this world. They call their most intense setting “Earthquake Mode,” you could definitely measure it on the Richter Scale. Most toys that offer dual stimulation, clitoral and penetration, lack in at least one department. But not the Sceptre. The insertable length is actually long enough to insert. I am so happy with this wand. As with all near perfect toys, there are downsides. The insertable end doesn’t vibrate, it seems like a missed opportunity to me. And the buttons are horribly laid out. I’ve checked the website and user manual to confirm, but the top button has a “power” symbol on it, though it controls the speed. The bottom button button is the on/off switch and doesn’t affect speed at all. It’s just odd and it feels like the construction might have been off. Also, the lowest vibration setting is still quite intense—that’s not a complaint, just a warning to some users.

Dame Arc: Simple, Powerful & Orgasmic

Before we get into the review, I just want to preface this with how the Dame Arc blew my mind with how simple it is to use. It literally has an on/off button that doubles as a mode select & speed down button. That's it. We also liked that the default settings are just vibrate and the raised button that increases the intensity is easy to find, and lifts the speed through the 5 levels of rumbly vibrations. We also likes that it doesn't have any of those morse code patterns! Who even uses those anyway!? (no judgement if you do, its just not for us. lol) Onto the toy, it is easy to use and the head is smaller than most g-spot vibrators which she likes as anything bigger can be a bit painful to insert. The Arc is powerful and versatile that has 5 speed settings as well as 5 vibration patterns and as I said already, these 5 patters are actually reasonable and nice. The vibrations are rumbly and surprisingly deep for a toy that is so lightweight, but I I have been noticing this more in toys.

DYSO ClimaxTouch Review: Time for a Cavity Search! ;P

This device looks like an exotically fancy dental device that could be found at Five Below. If the TSA used this to do cavity searches I'd go to an airport more often. This product looks a Bluetooth device with the widest range of reception. All that aside, Dyso's ClimaxTouch is definitely on point with its name and its features. The dual headed aspect, 10 settings per head, swappable tips, penetrative ability, wide range of external stimulation capabilities, and beautiful design make it a pretty desirable product in my opinion. I could easily see it being used both as a foreplay device and full solo mission one. Of the 3 Dyso products I currently own, Dysoflex and Aerolure being the other two, this is the clear winner. If I combined what features I liked about the other two it wouldn't come close to the features of this device that I not only like but would consistently use.

The Je Joue Mimi Soft: Pretty in Pink, But Not So Perfect in Play

The Je Joue Mimi Soft Fuchsia Vibrator is undeniably a stylish and sophisticated toy, but when it comes to practicality and comfort, it leaves a bit—or rather a lot—to be desired. While the soft silicone and variety of vibration patterns are nice features, the awkward shape and limited maneuverability make it hard to fully enjoy. I found myself flipping it over more than once and trying more than a few angles, trying to get a good dose of the broad external stimulation it promises. All in all, it’s a toy that looks better on your nightstand than it feels in your hand during use. Switching through modes is another uphill battle, with small, dainty buttons on the circumference of the toy, which makes it almost impossible to switch through while you’re holding it in play. On the plus side, it’s rechargeable with a magnetic charger and has a fairly long playtime (I guess you’re going to need the extra juice considering finding the right play angle is near impossible on most days). On paper, it ticks a lot of boxes, but in practice, it’s not as user-friendly as it sounds.
